Circular Lat Pulldown
Emphasis: lats, delts, teres
The lat pulldown in the circular motion, as seen on this machine, primarily emphasizes the lats but has additional target on the teres muscle group.
Pendulum Squat
Emphasis: quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes
Place feet shoulder width apart, lower your body to have your calves touch your hamstrings, explode through your heels to the top.
